铝模结合爬架在建筑工程中的应用分析

【摘要】铝模结合爬架体系下的建筑外墙线条拉结施工是基于对建筑外立面线条有较高要求而提出的一种施工工艺,其优 点较为突出:(1)操作简便,通过在主体结构和爬架悬臂端增设一道钢拉杆,解决了爬架与外墙线条冲突的矛盾,在保 障架体施工安全的同时,外墙拉通线条也能随主体结构一次性施工成型;(2)施工流程标准化,即构配件模块化、施工 标准化、工艺程序化、人员专业化,大大提高了施工过程中安全技术的有效性和安全防护的稳定性;(3)通用性较强, 构配件均为全钢制作,耐用性好,故构配件拆除后可以周转至其他项目继续使用,符合现代绿色环保的理念,具有巨大的 社会经济价值和广阔的应用前景。为此,以和泰家园保障性住房二期项目为工程案例,研究施工工艺及其要点,分析其产 生的经济效益和社会效益,相关施工经验可为同类工程提供借鉴。

【Abstract】The construction of building external wall line tie under the aluminum formwork combined climbing frame system is a construction process based on higher requirements for building external facade line.Its advantages are more prominent: (1)It is easy to operate.By adding a steel tie rod at the main structure and the cantilever end of the climbing frame,the conflict between the climbing frame and the external wall line is solved,and the safety of frame construction is guaranteed at the same time,The external wall pull through line can also be formed with the main structure at one time;(2)The standardization of construction process,that is,the modularization of components and fittings,the standardization of construction,the proceduralization of technology, and the specialization of personnel,has greatly improved the effectiveness of safety technology and the stability of safety protection during the construction process;(3)With strong versatility,the components and fittings are made of all steel and have good durability,so the components and fittings can be reused in other projects after removal,which conforms to the concept of modern green environmental protection and has huge social and economic value and broad application prospects. Therefore,take the second phase of Hetai Homestead affordable housing project as the project case,study the construction technology and its key points,and analyze the economic and social benefits generated. Relevant construction experience can provide reference for similar projects.
