建筑工程施工项目管理存在的问题及措施

【摘要】当前，建筑业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业直接影响着国家经济发展和人们生活的改善。随着建筑产业规模扩大， 建设能力不断提升，工程施工项目管理中存在诸多问题越来越制约建筑工程的施工进度和施工质量，因此，建筑施工企业 应采取有效措施强化管理，提高建筑工程施工项目管理水平，为建筑行业稳定发展奠定坚实基础。本文首先阐述了建筑工 程施工项目管理的重要性，然后对建筑工程施工项目管理中存在的问题展开分析并提出优化措施，以供参考。

【Abstract】At present,the construction industry,as the pillar industry of our national economy,has a direct impact on the national economic development and the improvement of people's lives.With the expansion of the construction industry and the continuous improvement of the construction capacity,there are many problems in the construction project management that increasingly restrict the construction progress and quality of the construction project.Therefore,the construction enterprises should take effective measures to strengthen management,improve the management level of the construction project,and lay a solid foundation for the stable development of the construction industry.This paper first expounds the importance of construction project management,and then analyzes the problems in construction project management and proposes optimization measures for reference.
