论建筑装修工程中材料的造价管理与成本控制

【摘要】近年来，建筑装修工程行业飞速发展，新型施工材料和施工工艺的广泛运用提升了环境质量。当前，我国装修行 业竞争激烈，造价管理与成本控制决定着项目的利润空间，也决定着企业的未来发展走向。因此，施工企业应重视成本控 制与造价管理，同时需对项目施工质量提出高标准、高要求，营造企业口碑，维护企业核心竞争力。基于此，本文分析了 建筑装修工程施工材料的成本控制与造价管理要点，以供参考。

【Abstract】In recent years,the building decoration industry has developed rapidly,and the extensive use of new construction materials and construction techniques has improved the environmental quality.At present,the decoration industry in China is highly competitive.Cost management and cost control determine the profit space of the project and the future development trend of the enterprise.Therefore,construction enterprises should attach importance to cost control and cost management,put forward high standards and requirements for project construction quality,build enterprise reputation and maintain enterprise core competitiveness.Based on this, this paper analyzes the main points of cost control and cost management of construction materials for building decoration engineering for reference.
