关于建筑工程造价超预算的原因分析及控制措施探讨

【摘要】工程造价管理效果直接关系到企业的经营利润，在建筑工程市场竞争日益激烈的情况下，企业应当直面当前在工 程造价方面存在的问题，找出预算工程造价超支的具体原因，并就此采取针对性的控制措施，通过重视预算编制管理、强 化材料价格管理、强化工程施工管理、提高造价人员素养、全面落实造价管理以及提升工程设计与技术等手段来提高对工 程造价成本的控制效果来最大限度避免预算超支，从根本上保证企业的经营效益。 【关键词】建筑工程；工程造价；运算超支；原因分析；控制措施 Analysis on the causes of construction project cost exceeding the budget and discussion on the control measures

【Abstract】The effect of project cost management is directly related to the operating profit of enterprises.Under the increasingly fierce competition in the construction project market,enterprises should face the current problems in project cost,find out the specific reasons for the budget project cost overrun,and take targeted control measures in this regard.By attaching importance to budget preparation management,strengthening material price management,strengthening project construction management,and improving the quality of cost personnel Fully implement cost management and improve engineering design and technology to improve the control effect of engineering cost to avoid budget overrun to the maximum extent,and fundamentally ensure the business efficiency of the enterprise.
