浅析装饰装修工程施工管理要点

【摘要】社会经济水平正在不断提升，这也给建筑行业带来了更多的发展机遇，建筑行业在这种形势下实现了长久稳定的 发展，在发展的同时一些存在的问题却已逐渐显露。很多地区的建筑市场竞争压力较大，这导致很多建筑企业为了提高综 合能力，占据市场前列，会选择一些特殊的手段提高经济效益，在这种形势下，很多建筑的质量往往得不到保证，所以在 当前的建筑企业发展过程中，需要加强对于施工流程的管理工作，做好相应的质量监管，这样才能满足更多人们对于建筑 的设计需求。装饰装修工程是修饰及保护建筑主体的关键工程，如果缺少这项工程项目，很难满足人们对于建筑的审美需 求，所以在当前的建筑发展中，需要利用装饰装修工程来提升建筑的整体观感，让更多人能够通过观察内部的建筑特色来 选择购买这些建筑，以此提高建筑企业的经济效益。本文将对装饰装修工程施工管理要点进行分析与探讨。

【Abstract】The social and economic level is constantly improving,which also brings more development opportunities to the construction industry.Under this situation,the construction industry has achieved long-term and stable development,while some problems have gradually emerged.The construction market in many regions is under great competitive pressure,which leads many construction enterprises to choose some special means to improve economic efficiency in order to improve their comprehensive capacity and occupy the forefront of the market.In this situation,the quality of many buildings is often not guaranteed, so in the current development process of construction enterprises,it is necessary to strengthen the management of construction processes and do a good job in the corresponding quality supervision,Only in this way can we meet the design needs of more people for buildings.The decoration project is the key project to decorate and protect the main body of the building.Without this project,it is difficult to meet people's aesthetic needs for the building.Therefore,in the current architectural development,it is necessary to use the decoration project to improve the overall look and feel of the building,so that more people can choose to buy these buildings by observing the internal architectural characteristics,so as to improve the economic efficiency of the construction enterprise.This article will analyze and discuss the key points of construction management of the decoration project.
