建筑工程管理及绿色施工管理创新策略

【摘要】随着绿色施工管理理念的推行，建筑行业应该在实际的建筑工程管理工作中，全面贯彻落实绿色施工管理理念， 创新建筑施工管理机制，促进建筑施工单位实现绿色可持续发展。本文立足于此，阐述了绿色施工管理的内涵与其现实意 义，分析了建筑工程管理创新管理策略，相关管理人员需要树立高度的创新精神和改革意识，建立健全一整套施工责任体 系，积极完善施工工程的审核监察工作，建立相应的奖惩机制，打造专业化的施工团队，同时根据实际的建筑工程施工工 作经验总结了绿色施工管理的主要措施，包括扬尘问题的解决、强化节水管理、强化电力资源管理这三个方面，以期能够 提供一些有效的参考意见，促进绿色施工管理的创新发展。

【Abstract】With the implementation of the green construction management concept,the construction industry should fully implement the green construction management concept in the actual construction project management work,innovate the construction management mechanism,and promote the construction unit to achieve green and sustainable development.Based on this,this paper expounds the connotation and practical significance of green construction management,analyzes the innovative management strategy of construction project management,and relevant managers need to establish a high level of innovation spirit and reform consciousness,establish and improve a complete set of construction responsibility system,actively improve the audit and supervision of construction projects,establish corresponding reward and punishment mechanisms,and build professional construction teams,At the same time,according to the actual construction experience of building projects,the main measures of green construction management are summarized,including the solution of dust problem,the strengthening of water-saving management and the strengthening of power resource management,so as to provide some effective reference opinions and promote the innovative development of green construction management.
