提高房屋建筑工程管理与施工质量的路径探析

【摘要】在技术进步的大环境下，房屋建筑工程的施工标准和要求越来越高，为了达到更高的标准和要求，在施工的过程 中需要强调管理工作。再者，房屋建筑工程的质量对自身安全以及各方面功能发挥有显著的影响，所以从实用性和安全性 等角度做考虑，还需要对房屋建筑工程的施工质量进行强调。立足于目前的工程实践做分析可知不管是工程管理还是施工 质量，其影响因素都是比较多的，因此在实践中要真正的开展科学、有效的施工管理，要全面提升施工质量，需要从多个 方面对具体的工作进行思考与讨论。文章对房屋建筑工程管理和施工质量提升的具体方式、方法等进行讨论，旨在为当前 实践提供参考与指导。

【Abstract】In the environment of technological progress,the construction standards and requirements of housing construction projects are getting higher and higher. In order to achieve higher standards and requirements,management needs to be emphasized in the construction process.Moreover,the quality of housing construction projects has a significant impact on their own safety and the function of all aspects,so from the perspective of practicality and safety,it is also necessary to emphasize the construction quality of housing construction projects. Based on the analysis of the current engineering practice,it can be seen that there are many factors affecting both engineering management and construction quality. Therefore,to truly carry out scientific and effective construction management and comprehensively improve construction quality in practice,we need to think and discuss specific work from many aspects.This paper discusses the specific ways and methods of building project management and construction quality improvement in order to provide reference and guidance for current practice.
