信息化背景下的建筑工程管理研究

【摘要】在科技不断取得新进展的当今时代，各行各业都相应进入了信息化状态，各类信息技术为不同行业的管理工作都 提供了一定便利，使管理工作更具效率与质量。在信息化管理下，建筑工程行业作为国家经济发展中的支柱产业，也相应 取得了新成果，但就建筑工程管理整体情况来看，工作中仍存在一定提升空间，需要相关从业人员深入分析现存不足，并 积极采取相应对策，以使信息化背景下建筑工程管理工作日臻完善。本文以建筑工程行业发展实际情况为依据，分析了信 息化背景下工程项目管理现状，并就其提升空间给出了相关建议，以期为同行业人员提供帮助。

【Abstract】In today's era, when science and technology continue to make new progress, all walks of life have correspondingly entered the information state.Various information technologies have provided certain convenience for the management of different industries, making the management more efficient and quality. Under the information management, the construction engineering industry,as a pillar industry in the national economic development,has also made new achievements accordingly.However,from the perspective of the overall situation of construction engineering management,there is still room for improvement in the work. Relevant practitioners need to deeply analyze the existing shortcomings and actively take corresponding countermeasures,so as to improve the Construction Engineering Management under the information background.Based on the actual situation of the development of the construction engineering industry, this paper analyzes the current situation of project management under the background of information technology,and gives relevant suggestions on its improvement space,with a view to providing assistance to people in the same industry.
