土地规划管理与城乡规划内容融入国土空间规划的关系研究

【摘要】随着我国城市化进程的不断推进，土地资源紧缺问题逐渐显露出来，工业用地与农业用地间的矛盾也越来越激烈， 如何解决这些问题，使得土地资源得以合理利用成为政府部门和研究学者们关注的重点。基于此，本文从土地规划管理与 城乡规划内容融入国土空间规划的关系这一研究角度入手，对城乡规划建设和土地规划管理现状加以研究，指出其中存在 的现实问题并提出具体的解决方案，以期为我国国土空间规划提供一定理论参考。

【Abstract】With the continuous advancement of China's urbanization process, the shortage of land resources has gradually emerged,and the contradiction between industrial land and agricultural land has become increasingly fierce.How to solve these problems and make rational use of land resources has become the focus of attention of government departments and researchers.Based on this,this paper starts from the research angle of the relationship between land planning management and the integration of urban and rural planning content into land spatial planning,studies the current situation of urban and rural planning construction and land planning management, points out the practical problems and puts forward specific solutions,in order to provide some theoretical reference for China's land spatial planning.
