不动产统一登记背景下农村不动产登记问题研究

【摘要】伴随着在我国城市化建设的不断加速，城市用地已趋向饱和状态。在不动产统一登记背景下，推动城乡一体化建 设是大势所趋。与此同时，随着《不动产登记暂行条例》的实施，我国就已经开始推动不动产统一登记工作，逐步完善不 动产登记管理制度。但是，在目前农村的不动产统一登记工作中仍然存有许多问题。因而，为了确保农村不动产登记的顺 利进行，必须要了解和剖析这其中存在的问题。本文以不动产统一登记背景下的农村不动产登记为基础，剖析了农村不动 产登记工作中存在的不足，明确提出了推动农村不动产登记成功有效实施的防范措施，以期为相应工作人员给予参照提议。

【Abstract】With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in China,urban land has tended to be saturated.Under the background of unified real estate registration,it is the general trend to promote urbanrural integration. At the same time, with the implementation of the Provisional Regulations on real estate registration,China has begun to promote the unified registration of real estate and gradually improve the real estate registration management system.However,there are still many problems in the unified registration of real estate in rural areas.Therefore,in order to ensure the smooth progress of rural real estate registration,we must understand and analyze the existing problems.Based on the rural real estate registration under the background of unified real estate registration,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of rural real estate registration, and clearly puts forward preventive measures to promote the successful and effective implementation of rural real estate registration,with a view to providing reference suggestions for corresponding staff.
