浅析如何解决保障性住房建设资金的问题

【摘要】因为我国保障性住房建设工程需要大量的资金投入，而稳定的资金来源正是保障性住房体系建设的关键因素， 又因为我国人口基数庞大，国情特殊，目前工程建设资金来源主要依靠财政支持，这无形之中为地方政府财政带来很大 的压力，进一步地影响到我国保障性住房的建设，因此，如何采取有效的措施来解决保障性住房建设资金的问题，也成 为当下社会热点话题。

【Abstract】Because China's affordable housing construction project needs a large amount of capital investment,and a stable source of capital is the key factor for the construction of the affordable housing system,and because China has a large population base and a special national condition,the current source of project construction funds mainly depends on financial support,which invisibly brings great pressure on local government finance and further affects the construction of affordable housing in China,How to take effective measures to solve the problem of affordable housing construction funds has also become a hot topic in the current society.
