【摘要】众所周知，我国近几年经济发展速度飞快，在新的时代背景下，人民群众越来越重视新型绿色建筑。在我国建筑 行业的发展过程中，新型绿色建筑造价预算和成本控制是非常关键的环节，目前已经有大量的设计师开始高度关注新型绿 色建筑工程造价预算，同时重视其成本控制，对此，笔者在这里重点研究分析新型绿色建筑工程造价预算和成本控制，希 望能够提高工作效率，达到预期的工作目标，为相关工作人员以及企业提供参考。

【Abstract】As is known to all,China's economy has developed rapidly in recent years. In the new era,the people pay more and more attention to new green buildings. In the development process of China's construction industry,the cost budget and cost control of new green buildings are very critical links.At present,a large number of designers have begun to pay high attention to the cost budget of new green buildings and attach importance to its cost control.Therefore,the author focuses on studying and analyzing the cost budget and cost control of new green buildings,hoping to improve work efficiency and achieve the expected work objectives,Provide reference for relevant staff and enterprises.
