市场经济环境下建筑经济成本管理的探讨

【摘要】经济成本管理作为建筑业管理工作的重要内容，可通过成本预计、核算等方式节约更多运营成本，提高自身竞争 力。对此，本文立足于建筑经济成本管理现状，挖掘管理意识、管控制度、管理者素质等方面存在的问题，并提出相应的 管理要点。最后结合实际案例，分别提出招投标、施工与结算阶段的成本管理改进措施，有效转变传统管理模式，顺应市 场发展潮流，获取更多经济效益。

【Abstract】As an important part of construction industry management, economic cost management can save more operating costs and improve its competitiveness through cost estimation and accounting. In this regard,based on the current situation of construction economic cost management, this paper explores the problems in management consciousness,control system and quality of managers, and puts forward the corresponding management points. Finally,combined with the actual cases,the cost management improvement measures in the bidding,construction and settlement stages are proposed to effectively change the traditional management mode,comply with the market development trend and obtain more economic benefits.
