土地资源配置对房地产经济协调发展的影响分析

【摘要】目前，我国在进行城市建设的过程中已经从粗放型向集约型进行转变，同时生态绿色环境保护理念的不断深入， 可以提升土地资源使用效率与开发水平，同时也是房地产经济市场协调发展的主要方向。要想保证房地产经济可以协调发 展应合理进行土地资源配置，同时可以提升我国房地产经济发展水平。

【Abstract】At present,China's urbanization construction process has gradually changed from extensive to intensive. In addition,the concept of ecological and green environmental protection has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Therefore,how to scientifically and rationally develop,utilize and allocate land resources has become an important issue for the coordinated development of the real estate economic market.Rational allocation of land resources can not only promote the stable development of the real estate economic market in China,but also promote the overall development of the real estate economy in China to a certain extent.
