房屋建筑工程造价动态管理思路研究

【摘要】为解决房屋建筑工程造价超预算问题，本文结合实际，采取动态管理方法作管理要素，通过加强决策环节管理与 设计阶段以及造价阶段的动态管理，改善房建工程造价存在的问题，从而提升整体造价控制水平。动态管理方法的应用给 房建工程造价管理工作开展提供了优异的管理方案，有效提升企业的经济效益。

【Abstract】in order to solve the problem of housing construction project cost exceeding the budget,this paper combines the reality,adopts the dynamic management method as the management element,and improves the existing problems of housing construction project cost by strengthening the management of decision-making links and the dynamic management of design stage and cost stage,so as to improve the overall cost control level. The application of dynamic management method provides an excellent management scheme for the cost management of housing construction projects,and effectively improves the economic benefits of enterprises.
