试论生态水利工程的基本设计原则

【摘要】水利建设在中国的经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用。在水利工程建设中，由于缺乏对自然发展规律的理解和对生 态环境的肆意破坏，致使前期建设项目严重影响水资源的安全。在水利工程建设中，既要考虑经济效益，又要兼顾生态效 益。本文主要通过对生态水利工程的基本情况的分析，对其设计的基本原理进行较为详尽的论述，并就其在水利工程设计 中的应用问题进行相关注意事项的讨论，以期更好地促进生态水利工程的可持续性健康发展。

【Abstract】water conservancy construction plays a decisive role in China's economic development. In the construction of water conservancy projects, due to the lack of understanding of the law of natural development and the wanton destruction of the ecological environment,the early construction projects have seriously affected the safety of water resources.In the construction of water conservancy projects, both economic benefits and ecological benefits should be considered.This paper mainly analyzes the basic situation of ecological water conservancy project,discusses the basic principle of its design in detail, and discusses the relevant matters needing attention in its application in water conservancy project design,in order to better promote the sustainable and healthy development of ecological water conservancy project.
