新时期背景下提高房建工程管理水平及施工质量的举措

【摘要】在新时期下，我国城市化建设脚步逐步加快，“房建工程”基础建设数量在显著增多，自身经营规模在逐渐扩大， 取得更可观的经济效益，同时对工程管理水平提出全新的要求。在新时期下，我们需要做好房建工程施工过程的质量管 控，为促进工程质量目标的顺利达成奠定良好基础。基于此，本文主要以“新时期下房建工程”为背景，围绕“工程管 理与施工质量”展开研究，首先阐述了“房建工程的特点”，其次分析出“加强施工质量管控”的重要性，最后列举出 几点“房建工程管理”工作中存在的问题和不足，并针对此类问题几点改进举措，希望能够为相关人士提供一定参考。

【Abstract】in the new era, the pace of urbanization construction in China is gradually accelerating. The number of "housing construction projects" infrastructure is significantly increasing, and their own business scale is gradually expanding, achieving more considerable economic benefits. At the same time, it puts forward new requirements for the level of project management. In the new era, we need to do a good job in the quality control of the construction process of housing construction projects, so as to lay a good foundation for the smooth achievement of the project quality objectives. Based on this, this paper mainly takes the "housing construction project in the new era" as the background, focuses on "project management and construction quality", first expounds the "characteristics of housing construction project", then analyzes the importance of "strengthening construction quality control", finally lists some problems and deficiencies in the "housing construction project management", and some improvement measures for such problems, hoping to provide some reference for relevant people.
