SWOT 导向下住宅施工安全管理存在问题及解决路径分析

【摘要】目前，中国人口正在逐步增加，城市化水平显著提高，住房建设比过去有所增加。人们越来越重视住房建设的质量。 因此，确保施工现场的安全尤为重要。然而，在实践中，建筑工地的安全给住宅建设带来了一些问题。本文根据 SWOT 模型分析了建筑安全管理的重要性，从管理体制、施工人员、管理机构等方面分析了建筑安全管理中存在的问题，并提出 了科学管理的对策，有效降低施工安全事故发生频率，确保施工安全高效。

【Abstract】at present,China's population is gradually increasing,the level of urbanization has significantly improved,and housing construction has increased compared with the past. People pay more and more attention to the quality of housing construction. Therefore, it is particularly important to ensure the safety of the construction site. However,in practice,the safety of construction sites has brought some problems to housing construction. According to the SWOT model,this paper analyzes the importance of building safety management,analyzes the problems existing in building safety management from the aspects of management system, construction personnel,management organization, etc., and puts forward scientific management countermeasures to effectively reduce the frequency of construction safety accidents and ensure the safety and efficiency of construction.
