基于“城市双修”理论的老工业基地居住区更新改造研究

【摘要】在产业结构不断转型的大背景下,许多既有城市工业基地居住区普遍存在原有建筑、空间、设施不再适宜人们生 活、整个区域缺乏活力等问题。在“城市双修”理念的指导下,基于“城市修补”“生态修复”两大原则,对所选地块—— 沈阳市大东区 204 地块进行现存问题分析,并提出更新改造策略。在功能修补、交通修补、生态修补、建筑修补四个方 面提出一些见解,为以后的老工业基地居住区更新改造提供一定的借鉴思考。

【Abstract】under the background of continuous transformation of industrial structure, many existing urban industrial base residential areas generally have some problems, such as the original buildings, spaces and facilities are no longer suitable for people's life, and the whole region is lack of vitality. Under the guidance of the concept of "urban double repair", based on the two principles of "urban repair" and "ecological repair", this paper analyzes the existing problems of the selected plot - plot 204, DadongDistrict,Shenyang,and puts forward the renewal and transformation strategy.Some opinions are put forward in four aspects:functionrepair,traffic repair, ecological repair and building repair,so as to provide some reference for the renewal and transformation of residential areas in old industrial bases in the future.
