房屋产权产籍管理中的数字信息化建设策略

【摘要】“互联网 +”时代的到来，让房屋产权产籍管理工作面临前来自各个方面的诸多挑战，这不仅是时代的要求，同 时也是房屋产权产籍管理工作自身发展和社会发展的需求，加快档房屋产权产籍管理的创新发展成为了行政管理业内探讨 热点。本文结合“互联网 +”的要求，首先探索了房屋产权产籍管理工作遭遇的主要挑战，其次重点明确了房屋产权产籍 管理数字信息化建设中存在的问题，最后结合问题提出了创新发展策略。

【Abstract】with the advent of the "Internet +" era,housing property registration management is facing many challenges from all aspects,which is not only the requirement of the times, but also the demand of the self-development and social development of housing property registration management.Accelerating the innovative development of housing property registration management has become a hot topic in the administrative management industry. Combined with the requirements of "Internet +",this paper first explores the main challenges encountered in the management of housing property registration,then focuses on the problems existing in the digital information construction of housing property registration management,and finally puts forward innovative development strategies combined with the problems.
