建筑工程项目管理中的施工现场管理及其优化对策

【摘要】随着我国经济的飞速发展，建筑行业迎来了突破性的飞跃，大量建筑项目陆续动工建设。在此期间，社会大众对 建筑工程的质量等方面的要求也不断提升，需要不断地满足民众对建筑工程项目等越来越多的需求。由此来看，在逐步提 高工程质量方面，应该致力于强化现场施工管理。鉴于此，本文根据笔者过往的工作经验，在细致分析建筑工程项目施工 管理工作现状的过程中，总结出其存在的问题，然后提出有效的应对策略。

【Abstract】with the rapid development of China's economy,the construction industry has ushered in a breakthrough leap,and a large number of construction projects have been started.During this period, the public's requirements for the quality of construction projects have also been continuously improved,and it is necessary to continuously meet the increasing needs of the public for construction projects.From this point of view,efforts should be made to strengthen on-site construction management in gradually improving project quality.In view of this,according to the author's past work experience,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the process of analyzing the current situation of construction project management in detail,and then puts forward effective countermeasures.
