      浅谈混凝土裂缝自愈合修复技术特点及运用

        【摘要】裂缝是大体积混凝土最常见的病症,产生裂缝的原因有水泥水化热、外部环境变化、水泥混凝土收缩变形和结构 受力等因素,通常工程中所见的裂缝基本是由早期微观不可见的形态逐渐发展成为宏观肉眼可见的具有危害性的裂缝,而 裂缝的自愈合现象大多发生在混凝土早期硬化阶段,本文主要介绍了混凝土自愈合修复技术的特点,详细地从混凝土裂缝 自身愈合能力、外部裂缝修补和仿生自愈合技术三个方面,阐述混凝土自愈合修复裂缝技术的研究进展,分析了自愈合修 复技术的在大体积混凝土工程中运用时存在的问题。

        【Abstract】cracks are the most common disease of mass concrete.The causes of cracks include cement hydration heat,external environmental changes,shrinkage deformation of cement concrete,structural stress and other factors.Generally,the cracks seen in engineering basically develop from the early microscopic invisible form to the macroscopic visible harmful cracks,and the self-healing phenomenon of cracks mostly occurs in the early hardening stage of concrete,This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of concrete self-healing repair technology,expounds the research progress of concrete self-healing repair technology from three aspects: concrete crack self-healing ability,external crack repair and bionic self-healing technology,and analyzes the problems existing in the application of self-healing repair technology in mass concrete engineering.
