城镇居民用物联网燃气表寿命评估方法研究

【摘要】通过分析城镇居民用物联网燃气表的失效机理,确定了加速寿命试验的 Arrhenius 模型;对于以天然气为介质 的城镇居民用物联网燃气表是否能达到 10 年的使用寿命,提出了以温度为应力开展加速寿命试验的定性评估方法;使用 提出的方法对某型号物联网燃气表进行了寿命评估试验,试验结果表明该型号物联网燃气表达到了 10 年的使用寿命。

【Abstract】By analyzing the failure mechanism of iot gas meter used by urban residents,the Arrhenius model of accelerated life test was determined.A qualitative evaluation method of accelerated life test based on temperature stress is proposed to evaluate whether the gas meter of Internet of Things for urban residents using natural gas can reach the service life of 10 years.The proposed method is used to evaluate the service life of a certain type of iot gas meter,and the test results show that this type of iot gas has a service life of 10 years.
