房建施工中技术节约措施剖析

【摘要】建筑技术节能既是我国近年来、以及世界建筑产业发展上的这样一个重大战略趋向 , 也是当代的建筑技术研究的 另一个重大发展的技术生长点 , 在目前我国发展建筑的节能工作中尤为迫切。本文主要集中分析了房建项目施工全过程中 提出的技术成本节约对策措施 , 就提高我国房建工程行业的规模经济效益 , 环保及节能减排提出一些自己的看法。

【Abstract】building technology energy conservation is not only such a major strategic trend in the development of China's and the world's building industry in recent years,but also another major development technology growth point of contemporary building technology research.It is particularly urgent in the development of building energy conservation in China.This paper mainly analyzes the technical cost saving measures proposed in the whole construction process of housing construction projects,and puts forward some views on improving the scale economic benefits,environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction of China's housing construction industry.
