【摘要】随着我国建筑行业进入高速发展时期，绿色建筑节能技术对于房地产开发项目稳定经营的保障作用愈发突出。文 章简要阐述了节能技术管理的重要性与必要性，优化技术应用、成本控制、资源利用能够实现节能建筑设计施工的全面性、 高效性和系统性，针对性地选择施工技术，推动绿色节能施工技术真正发挥效用，实现新时代节能技术管理的效果发挥， 落实房地产开发项目的优化建设。在房地产项目开发过程中重视生态环境的保护，提升资源的使用效率，通过合理的运用 绿色建筑节能技术来不断强化房地产开发工程中运用绿色建筑节能技术的实际效果，在新时代推动房地产行业的长远发展。 房地产项目不断开发过程中可以应用保温隔热绿色节能技术来强化施工质量。文章针对绿色建筑节能技术应用中存在的问 题进行了现状分析，从而进一步提出了推动房地产项目开发建设内部优化绿色建筑节能技术应用、推动节能环保材料信息 整合的策略，以切实保障房地产开发的发展质量和经济效益。

【Abstract】As my country's construction industry has entered a period of rapid development, the role of green building energy-saving technology in ensuring the stable operation of real estate development projects has become increasingly prominent. The article briefly expounds the importance and necessity of energy-saving technology management. Optimizing technology application, cost control, and resource utilization can realize the comprehensiveness, efficiency and systematicness of energy-saving building design and construction, and select construction technology in a targeted manner to promote green energy-saving construction. The technology can really play its role, realize the effect of energy-saving technology management in the new era, and implement the optimization and construction of real estate development projects. In the process of real estate project development, we should pay attention to the protection of the ecological environment, improve the efficiency of resource use, and continuously strengthen the actual effect of the use of green building energy-saving technology in real estate development projects through the rational use of green building energy-saving technology, so as to promote the long-term development of the real estate industry in the new era. developing. In the process of continuous development of real estate projects, green energy-saving technologies for thermal insulation and heat insulation can be applied to strengthen the construction quality. This paper analyzes the current situation of the problems existing in the application of green building energy-saving technology, and further proposes strategies to promote the internal optimization of the application of green building energy-saving technology in the development and construction of real estate projects, and promote the integration of energy-saving and environmental protection materials information, so as to effectively ensure the development quality of real estate development. and economic benefits.
