建筑施工企业劳务管理存在问题与改善措施

【摘要】随着建筑企业的快速发展，劳务用工比重迅速提高。但由于施工企业劳务用工管理制度不够完善，未能落实将相 关措施落实到位，这使得施工中劳务管理存在很多问题。因此，施工企业积极改进劳务管理措施显得尤为重要。本文从建 筑施工企业劳动管理的特点入手，对施工企业在劳务管理过程中存在的问题进行全面分析，并给出行之有效的解决措施， 旨在提高建筑施工项目在劳务管理方面的效率及质量。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of construction enterprises, the proportion of labor employment has increased rapidly. However, due to the imperfect labor employment management system in construction enterprises, the relevant measures have not been put into place, which leads to many problems in labor management in construction. Therefore, it is particularly important for construction enterprises to actively improve labor management measures. Starting with the characteristics of labor management in construction enterprises, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in labor management in construction enterprises, and gives effective solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of labor management in construction projects.
