基于项目 BIM 应用成熟度的造价工作策略

【摘要】BIM 技术与造价控制相结合，将利用信息技术的优势来弥补传统造价行业的缺陷，为工程造价领域带来巨大效益。 现阶段 BIM 技术在造价控制中的运用仍存在一些问题，是阻碍技术发展的关键。基于国内外 BIM 技术应用研究的现状和 现阶段技术发展的重难点，并结合工程项目建筑信息模型应用成熟度的评价，可以得到项目不同阶段 BIM 技术在工程造 价中的可行应用及其运用程度，最后提出 BIM 技术与工程造价相结合的发展趋势与未来展望。

【Abstract】The combination of BIM technology and cost control will make use of the advantages of information technology to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional cost industry and bring huge benefits to the field of engineering cost. At this stage, there are still some problems in the application of BIM technology in cost control, which is the key to hinder the development of technology. Based on the status quo of BIM technology application research at home and abroad and the major and difficult points of technology development at this stage, and combined with the evaluation of the application maturity of the building information model of the project, the feasible application and application degree of BIM technology in the project cost at different stages of the project can be obtained. Finally, the development trend and future prospect of the combination of BIM technology and engineering cost are proposed.
