建筑工程土建施工现场管理的优化策略探讨

【摘要】在中国城镇化建设脚步日益推进的今天 , 涌现出更多的建设工程 , 为了保证整个工程项目有序建设下去 , 不但要 制定出科学合理的施工方法 , 选用最优秀的建筑材料和队伍 , 更关键的是对施工现场进行完善的监督管理。基于此 , 本章 将采取对建筑工程及土建施工现场管理工作意义的简要阐述 , 从而剖析了建筑物施工现场管理工作中出现的主要问题 , 并 根据上述问题 , 给出了具体的管理优化建议 , 以进一步提高改善建筑物施工现场管理工作的有效性。

【Abstract】with the increasing pace of China's urbanization construction, more construction projects are emerging. In order to ensure the orderly construction of the whole project, we should not only formulate scientific and reasonable construction methods and select the best building materials and teams, but also improve the supervision and management of the construction site. Based on this, this chapter will briefly explain the significance of construction engineering and civil construction site management, so as to analyze the main problems in building construction site management, and give specific management optimization suggestions according to the above problems, so as to further improve the effectiveness of building construction site management.
