保障房施工管理中存在的问题及对策分析

【摘要】伴随着社会的快速发展，政府越来越重视人民群众的住房问题，相对应地推出了一系列的政策来解决低收入家庭 的住房问题。但是在保障房的施工过程中，暴露了各种各样的漏洞，导致保障房施工过程中出现严重质量问题，这些问题 需要在施工管理的实践中加以解决。本篇文章，立足于保障房施工管理问题的现状，针对施工过程中存在的问题进行分析， 进而针对性的提出保障房施工管理中存在的问题的相关解决办法。

【Abstrac】with the rapid development of society,the government has paid more and more attention to the housing problem of the people,and correspondingly launched a series of policies to solve the housing problem of low-income families.However, various loopholes have been exposed during the construction of the security room,resulting in serious quality problems during the construction of the security room,which need to be solved in the practice of construction management.This article,based on the current situation of the construction management problems of the affordable housing,analyzes the problems existing in the construction process,and then puts forward the relevant solutions to the problems existing in the construction management of the affordable housing.
