基于城乡规划视角下乡村振兴的实现路径

【摘要】党的十九大提出了乡村振兴这一重大决策部署，为了更好的实现小康社会，解决“三农”问题，建设社会主义现 代化强国。由于乡村经济发展落后，各种问题影响，使得政策落实遇到阻碍，若想实现乡村振兴，就需要了解当下乡村发 展现状，找到经济滞后的根本原因，对乡村进行合理规划，从而提升乡村经济。而城乡规划则可以达到上述目的，这不仅 是乡村振兴的基础同时也是助力，通过合理的规划使城市和乡村有机结合，协同发展，有助于乡村振兴路径的更好开展。 基于此，本文首先对城乡规划及乡村振兴进行概述，分析乡村振兴落实遇到的障碍，最后提出城乡规划视角下乡村振兴的 路径。

【Abstract】the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the major decisionmaking deployment of rural revitalization,in order to better realize a well-off society,solve the "three rural" problems, and build a socialist modern power.Due to the backwardness of rural economic development and the impact of various problems,the implementation of policies is hindered.If we want to achieve rural revitalization,we need to understand the current situation of rural development,find the root causes of economic backwardness,and make reasonable planning for the countryside,so as to improve the rural economy.Urban and rural planning can achieve the above objectives,which is not only the basis for rural revitalization,but also help.Through reasonable planning,urban and rural areas can be organically combined and develop in a coordinated manner,which will help to better carry out the path of Rural Revitalization. Based on this,this paper first summarizes the urban and rural planning and rural revitalization,analyzes the obstacles encountered in the implementation of rural revitalization,and finally puts forward the path of Rural Revitalization from the perspective of urban and rural planning.
