项目全过程工程造价管理浅析

【摘要】建筑行业的蓬勃发展有效地推动了工程造价行业的发展 , 对建筑企业而言 , 通过现代工程造价控制工作的科学管 理可以有效促进建筑行业的健康发展。本文将对造价全过程管理展开深入研究 , 对企业不同阶段的造价管理面临的问题加 以分析 , 提供意见 , 可以为其他企业进行造价全过程管理提供参考。

【Abstract】the vigorous development of the construction industry has effectively promoted the development of the engineering cost industry.For construction enterprises,the scientific management of modern engineering cost control can effectively promote the healthy development of the construction industry.This paper will carry out in-depth research on the whole process of cost management,analyze the problems faced by enterprises in different stages of cost management,and provide opinions, which can provide reference for other enterprises to carry out the whole process of cost management.
