试论总体规划中城市规划设计区和中心城区的划定

【摘要】现阶段，我国经济社会进入高速发展阶段，城市化进程显著加快。与此同时，部分城市总体规划方案存在诸多问 题，规划设计区域与中心城区的划定存在诸多问题。为适应时代发展的趋势，相关机构需及时完善城市总体规划方案的编 制，合理划定城市规划设计区域与中心城区，以促进城市的持续健康发展。

【Abstract】at this stage,China's economy and society have entered a high-speed development stage,and the urbanization process has accelerated significantly.At the same time,there are many problems in the overall planning scheme of some cities,and there are many problems in the delimitation of planning and design areas and central urban areas.In order to adapt to the development trend of the times,relevant institutions need to timely improve the preparation of the urban master planning scheme,and reasonably delimit the urban planning and design area and the central urban area,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the city.
