医院建筑工程施工管理中的注意事项分析

【摘要】近些年来，我国社会经济持续稳定的发展为我国各大领域的发展提供了强大契机的同时，我国的综合性社会服务 领域也得到了空前的发展。在各种外在环境不断优化改进的条件下，我国医疗条件以及水平也得到了极大程度的优化，促 进了我国医疗市场的发展。而伴随着发展契机来临的同时，考验也随之出现。医疗市场的不断扩大为我国医疗设备的提升、 医疗技术的发展以及医院建设等方面带来了极大的挑战。因此，作为医疗服务事业发展的关键，医院建设方面的管理工作 引起人们的广泛重视。医院建筑施工管理的工作范围十分广泛，所管辖的内容复杂多样，因而加大了该项工作的管理难度。 管理难度大使得在工作开展的过程中很容易出现纰漏，因此，医院必须对建筑工程施工管理提高重视程度，并采取合理的 手段加强管理强度，以此来规避问题的出现，进而促进我国医院建设质量的全面提升。

【Abstract】 in recent years, the sustained and stable development of China's social economy has provided a strong opportunity for the development of major fields in China. At the same time, China's comprehensive social service field has also achieved unprecedented development. Under the conditions of continuous optimization and improvement of various external environments, China's medical conditions and levels have also been greatly optimized, which has promoted the development of China's medical market. With the advent of development opportunities, tests also appear. The continuous expansion of the medical market has brought great challenges to the improvement of medical equipment, the development of medical technology and hospital construction. Therefore, as the key to the development of medical services, the management of hospital construction has attracted extensive attention. The scope of work of hospital construction management is very wide, and the contents under its jurisdiction are complex and diverse, which increases the management difficulty of this work. The difficulty of management makes it easy to make mistakes in the process of work. Therefore, hospitals must pay more attention to the construction management of construction projects and take reasonable measures to strengthen the management intensity, so as to avoid problems and promote the overall improvement of hospital construction quality in China.
