浅谈预应力在大跨度框架梁中的应用

【摘要】预应力结构因其抗裂性好、刚度大、节省材料、减小自重等特点,在桥梁设计中属于比较常见的结构,但是在房建工程 实践中却较少的用到预应力结构。这是因为预应力混凝土结构的开工费用较大,对构件数量少的工程成本较高。但是在部分大跨 度框架结构,因为净空以及建筑的要求,以及考虑到钢结构后期维护费用较高,我们为了减少梁高以及大跨度框架的挠度,适当 使用预应力结构,也不失为一种解决方案。
【关键词】后张法预应力框架梁;OVM 锚具;挠度 Application of prestress in long-span frame beam Abstract: prestressed structure is a common structure in bridge design because of its good crack resistance, large stiffness, saving materials and reducing self weight, but it is rarely used in housing construction practice. This is because the construction cost of prestressed concrete structure is large, and the project cost with small number of components is high. However, in some long-span frame structures, due to the clearance and building requirements, and considering the high maintenance cost of steel structure in the later stage, in order to reduce the beam height and the deflection of long-span frame, the appropriate use of prestressed structure is also a solution.
