建筑暖通设备安装施工技术及节能策略探究

【摘要】随着时代的发展和科技的进步，人们的生活水平得到了不断的提高，为了适应人类对于生活品质越来越高的要求以及顺 应时代发展的需求，我国的建筑行业也因此进入飞速发展阶段，而作为改善人们生活环境的重要环节的暖通设备也由此进入飞速 发展时期，建筑项目中暖通的质量直接决定着人们生活的质量，因此暖通设备在建筑行业中所占的比重也就越来越大。目前的建 筑暖通设备的安装施工和以前相比较为复杂，涉及到的技术环节也相对较多，这些环节之间错综复杂相互作用又互相影响，其中 任意一个环节出现问题，就会给整个暖通系统造成严重的打击，因此我国建筑企业就有必要在建筑暖通设备的安装上进行大量的 技术研究。 随着我国的智能化发展越来越快，越来越多的智能化设备被应用到人们的生活和工作中，这些产品的应用虽然给人们的生活 带来极大便利，但却也对环境造成了极大的破坏。其主要原因在于目前我国乃至世界的智能化技术的发展都是在耗费大量能源的 基础上进行的，而我国的建筑暖通设备主要包括采暖、通风、空气调节的作用，而想要实现这些作用就必须依靠智能化技术的应 用。我国的暖通技术中还存在很多问题，实际应用还不是很成熟，但是暖通设备却是建筑施工的主要耗能程序之一，因此对建筑 暖通设备安装施工技术及节能进行研究势在必行。

The main reason is that the development of intelligent technology in my country and the world is carried out on a large amount of energy, and my country's construction HVAC mainly includes the role of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and wants these roles. It must rely on intelligent technology applications. There are still many problems in my country's HVAC. The practical applications are not very mature, but HVAC is one of the main energy consumption procedures for building construction, so it is necessary to study the installation technology and energy saving of the construction of the building HVAC.
