土建中高层房屋建筑施工技术的分析与思考

【摘要】随着我国社会的快速发展，建筑行业对于施工技术的应用也是越来越看重，而且随着高层房屋建筑在行业内占据比重的 不断增加，其对于施工技术更是有了更高的要求和标准。土建中高层房屋建筑的存在便主要是为了利用有限的土地资源为人们提 供居住的场所，实现土地资源的充分利用，越是经济发展快速的城市对于高层建筑的需求越大。相比普通低楼层房屋建筑，高层 房屋建筑的难度将更大一些，在施工过程中对于施工材料和施工技术的要求也会更高一些，因此在进行高层房屋建筑的过程中需 要不断引入建筑新技术，以此来达到为用户创造舒适的室内生活空间的目的，而也只有保证了施工人员合理的利用各种施工技术， 才能够更好的对土建中高层房屋建筑的整体质量进行把控。因此本文将通过高层房屋建筑施工技术分析、高层房屋建筑施工技术 的具体应用、加强高层房屋建筑施工技术应用的具体措施以及新施工技术在高层房屋建筑施工过程中的应用等几个方面对其进行 具体的研究分析，希望能够为建筑行业更加快速的发展贡献自己的一份力量。
