关于总价合同结算管理的探讨

【摘要】本文从总价合同的概念、类型分析出发，剖析结算环节可能出现的结算争议及避免争议的一些管理机制和措施，得出切 实可行的结算审核原则，希望可以为有关学者提供参考。
