新时期国土规划的重要性及特点

【摘要】国土资源规划在现如Ͽ的社会发展和城市建设中发挥着重要的作用，也是一项十分关键的工作，其重要性主要是体现在 为国家的发展和建设提供科学合理的土地支持基础上。因此需要相关部门能够重视这部分工作，为我国社会的发展和建设奠定良 好的基础，促进相关产业的完善。本文结合实际情况分析在新时期国土规划工作的开展具有的重要性以ࣿ相应的特点，希望可以 更好地了解国土规划的实际情况，促进相关模式的构建，未来让国土规划工作的落实效果更加良好，促进城市进步。

【Abstract】 land and resources planning plays an important role in today's social development and urban construction, and it is also a very key work. Its importance is mainly reflected in providing scientific and reasonable land support for national development and construction. Therefore, relevant departments need to pay attention to this part of work, lay a good foundation for the development and construction of our society, and promote the improvement of relevant industries. Combined with the actual situation, this paper analyzes the importance and corresponding characteristics of land planning in the new era, hoping to better understand the actual situation of land planning, promote the construction of relevant models, make the implementation effect of land planning better and promote urban progress in the future.
