核电钢筋加工管理平台的开发与研究

【摘要】 针对核电站工程钢筋用量巨大,使用传统人工加工模式造成劳动力强度大、效率低、材料和能源浪费高、质量难以控制、进度难以保障等问题,通过引进自动化加工设备,研究开发了核电钢筋加工管理平台,对钢筋生产全过程进行信息化管理。

【Abstract】in view of the great consumption of steel plant engineering, the use of traditional artificial processing pattern cause labor intensity, low efficiency, high material and energy waste, problems such as difficult to control,progress is difficult to guarantee the quality, through the introduction of automated processing equipment, research and development of nuclear power steel processing and management platform, the steel production process information management.
